Hello!So, After patch 1.2 my mods broke, I played and finished the game without my mods and stopped playing for a couple weeks while my work picked up for the busy season.I now have a lot more time and I want to pick Fallout 4 up again for some more play throughs, problem is I can't seem to get my mods to work.I have gone into Fallout4Prefs and Fallout4Custom and add the appropriate lines. I have updated NMM and all my mods.I do use Fallout 4 Script Extender rather than using the Launcher, because I heard that it disables mods.When I get ingame I can't tell if the mods are working (I generally don't use mods that are outlandish i.e lightsabers or buzz lightyear Danse.) but beyond not knowing if some are working, I can tell others aren't (like all killable NPCs)Anyone else having trouble?

Anyone have the solution? Because I would really love to play with mods.
