Skyrim Special Edition will be out next week on 28th October bringing console mod support to it, but there's a catch.On PS4 mod reserve space will only be 1GB, Bethesda has. That's a little more than the Sony had imposed, but not much. Comparatively, the Xbox One version will allow 5GB for mod reserve space.That being said, many believe that 1GB will be more than enough space for the PS4 version of Skyrim as it. So no here, folks.
Instead, you'll have to make do with assets already in the game. These tend to be very small, sometimes under 1MB, as they mostly consist of new text while the core assets are already installed.
In this sense, it's more like a level editor with the ability to add questlines and dialogue rather than the sort of game-changing mods people are used to on PC.The size limit could be more of an issue on Xbox One, since there's going to be a lot more available for Microsoft's console, which allows external assets. Still, 5GB is noticeably bigger than the 2GB restriction in place for Fallout 4, so it's definitely an improvement.
What about a mod that lets you wear the mask hanging from your belt or waist like a trophy, and still get it's effect? It would be a bit like the bandolier mods that add little pouches to different locations on your body, but instead it would be the magical mask of that dragon priest you owned hanging off your belt and empowering you. There is Unfortunately it takes up the slot that hoods use. So if you wanted to wear a hood along with it you'll have to.
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Beauty Faces For Females (Lossy Lip Mask) Mod v1.3
These lip masks (lipstick) properly match the texture of the main file for Beauty Faces For Females. These new lip masks are lossless, 1024 textures that perfectly preserve the lipgloss gradients. This is a brand new retex for female faces in Skyrim, which pretends to improve the blocky, lifeless and low resolution vanilla look. Instead of just scaling the default texture, this mod features new, photo based 2048 textures with little or no scaling from source images. This results in a true high definition and more lifelike feel.

Is there any workaround?Edit: I tested the ODBC connection with iODBC and I got the following result: SQLDriverConnect = iODBCDriver Managerdlopen(/usr/local/lib/libmyodbc5.so, 6): image not found (0) SQLSTATE=00000SQLDriverConnect = iODBCDriver ManagerSpecified driver could not be loaded (0) SQLSTATE=IM003. 
Every time I tried to connect using this ODBC my connection gets refused.Does anyone have the same issue? I've found some problems while trying to connect to a remote MySQL database using MySQL's ODBC connector.I'm on Mac OS X 10.8.2 and I've installed MySQL ODBC connector 5.2.4.
I try not to pick sides in the real life vs. supermodel modding debate, my aim is to create mods for various people instead of focusing only in what I like. In this case, I think there is a good balance between verisimilitude and beauty, but, if anything, beauty prevaled this time. I'm aware many people would favor a more nautral, everyday look, and that's something I'd like to work someday too.

Just unpack the files in your data folder and overwrite if prompted (you might want to backup
the original files first).
What do I need?

The textures work good just over a vanilla Skyrim, but look best when they're sorrounded by fabulous Xenius' eyes and face normal maps
(no more blocky faces).
Also included in some screenshots are Less Harsh Elves _ No Bags or Indentations by Amanda LaPalme (with a personal touch) and
Human eyes for Elves by Porcelyn (only in the bosmer screenshot).

This is only a retex, so there are no compatibility issues except with mods that alter the same files as this one.
